ADANSA is run by The Olivea Group, 2004 Jasper Mdw, Mesquite, TX. This policy explains what we collect through adansaskin.com and what we do with it. Questions go to info@adansaskin.com.

What we collect from you

We only receive personal details you choose to send us:

• Sample or order enquiries: your name, email, business or event, delivery address, optional phone number and website or Instagram, the quantity and date you need, and anything else you write.
• First release updates: your name and email.

We use these details to answer you, plan delivery, send one confirmation of your enquiry, and, if you asked for it, tell you about the first release. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

What we measure

We count activity on the site as daily totals: pages viewed, the general type of source (such as search or social), how far down the page people scroll, which forms are opened, which form question is reached, and the outcome of enquiries, grouped by country. These counts contain no names, email addresses, IP addresses or identifiers, and they cannot tell us who you are.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports overall visits without cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our own counting does not run for your visit.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use small security cookies or similar technology to tell people from automated abuse, including for the security check on our forms.

Companies that help us run the site

• Cloudflare: hosting, security checks and site analytics. It processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• Resend: delivers enquiry and confirmation emails.
• Zoho Mail: our email inbox, where enquiries are kept.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr: provide the site's fonts and icons, and receive your IP address when your browser loads them.

These companies may process data outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 2 years after our last contact, or longer where needed for orders and legal records. You can leave the first release list at any time by asking us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@adansaskin.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
